Mary Epworth is a British singer and songwriter who makes music influenced by traditional English songs, 60s west coast psychedelia, and Greek progressive rock.
In 2008, she released her debut single "The Saddle Song" on 7". It attracted positive reviews in the UK press and was included in a top 100 poll by German ''Rolling Stone'' magazine readers.〔(Mary Epworth, Rolling Stone feature (German edition) )〕 She also appeared at "The Lady: A Tribute to Sandy Denny" concert at Southbank Centre,〔(Southbank Centre, The Lady: A Tribute to Sandy Denny )〕 garnering a special mention in ''The Guardian''’s 4

In 2009, Mary Epworth and the Jubilee Band took part in the St Georges Day celebration concert at Cecil Sharp House and also the Camden Crawl.〔(Mary Epworth at the Camden Crawl )〕 That same year Epworth was interviewed by Tom Cox for ''The Sunday Times'' on 2 August 2009,〔(Sunday Times feature )〕 and she released her second single "Black Doe" on Hand of Glory Records.
Mary Epworth with her Jubilee Band performed in Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, on 26 February 2010, and across the weekend, specially invited by Bellowhead.〔(Southbank Centre )〕
Her debut album ''Dream Life'' was released in June 2012, again on Hand of Glory Records in the UK, and garnered the singer-songwriter airtime on BBC 6 Music and Radio 1, as well as appearances at Bristol Ladyfest, Hop Farm Festival and Bestival in the same year. In July of 2013, her song 'Long Gone' was featured on Welcome to Night Vale as the Weather for the episode "Faceless Old Woman". In the Spring of 2015, she toured with Welcome To Night Vale across the United States.
